AnyMeeting Writes for Small Businesses on a New Global Page

Cash-strapped small businesses face challenges, but if they are to remain in the running, they need technology such as Web conferencing that helps them go global, but at the same time affordable and scalable. Realizing this, AnyMeeting, which has taken up the cudgels in their defense, has now introduced U.S. toll-free and international dial-in options in more than 40 countries, almost exclusively to cater to the needs of small businesses.

There aren’t many good, free or affordable Web conferencing options out there that fit the bill, but AnyMeeting’s new release could well turn the scales for small businesses.

The much touted provider has sought to meet all the conferencing needs of small business; it has also released new meeting start modes that makes it even faster for users to launch and join meetings and conference calls.

Also, a new beta instant screen share option enables users to launch simple screen sharing. In addition, new support resources are also available to walk users through the different meeting options. Users can decide on the type of meeting they want to host, be it a simple phone conference, a webinar or a video conference with webcams turned on.

International dial-in options are included in all AnyMeeting Pro plans at no extra charge, while U.S. toll-free service is available as an option to Pro subscribers and is charged at one of the lowest rates in the industry.

These new phone options are currently available for general release to AnyMeeting's 600,000 small business customers across all the verticals it serves across a wide spectrum of industry.

AnyMeeting's all-in-one Web and phone conferencing platform has been a technological boon for small businesses and now they can further reach out not only to local but also to their international clients.

Two things are clear: small businesses can now go global and for AnyMeeting’s international customer base, local dial-in options will no longer be an issue.
