KBZ, an award-winning Cisco Authorized Distributor specializing in Collaboration, Unified Communications (News - Alert) and TelePresence, recently announced it has enhanced its ZCloud service by including VideoRoaming Cloud, a solution by MNS—provider of the world's largest TelePresence cloud. As a result, the Cisco (News - Alert) TelePresence customers with on-premise infrastructure will now be able to leverage excellent customer service along with high quality off-net TelePresence calls to any customer, partner, or supplier.
"We are very excited about our new ZCloud REN offering as Cisco TelePresence customers with on-premise infrastructure may now get a first class experience when calling arbitrary destinations outside their corporate networks," said Kyle Zorzi, vice president of KBZ (News - Alert).
"We are honored to partner with KBZ and deliver our VideoRoaming service to their partners and end customers," said Hans Fredrik Johansen, CEO of MNS. "With ZCloud REN, TelePresence users avoid the typical pitfalls of traditional video cloud services; high latency and packet loss due to congestions and sub-optimal routing over the Internet."
KBZ is recognized for technical expertise and exceptional partner support, combined with sales, marketing, professional services, and logistical expertise for Cisco Collaboration, TelePresence and UC solutions.
Last year, KBZ signed a partnership deal with TeleSpace to offer its cloud services for business-class, carrier-grade voice and video. TeleSpace holds the rare Cisco Master Cloud Managed Service Provider certification and is one of the few providers delivering cloud subscriptions for the full Cisco Collaboration portfolio. Through this partnership, the KBZ's reseller community has been bringing the new cloud offering, "ZCloud Collaboration Powered by TeleSpace," to customers.
KBZ has a nationwide sales and services team of collaboration experts that enable partner success with Cisco solutions. TeleSpace’s alliance with KBZ expands awareness to migrate collaboration applications to its cloud, especially with KBZ's comprehensive portfolio of value-added services that extends its overall capacity to deliver best-in-class cloud services.
