Hipcricket Enhaces Unified Mobile Engagement Platform AD LIFE

April 28, 2014

Hipcricket, a company specializing in mobile engagement and analytics solutions, recently enhanced its AD LIFE platform.

Mobile devices are taking center stage in day-to-day life, and it has completely changed the way we communicate and connect. AD LIFE is a unified mobile engagement platform.

"Understanding how consumers interact with your brand across multiple platforms is critical to optimizing visibility as well as creating consistent audience engagement and loyalty," David W. Hostetter, chief technology officer at Hipcricket, said in a statement.

Hostetter assured that AD LIFE's new features will now give brands and agencies greater insight into consumers' engagements happening across multiple social media touch points. According to Hostetter, brands can now analyze data in real-time from one dashboard and leverage the user-generated content in their mobile marketing and advertising efforts to advance their business and marketing objectives.

One addition to the new version is that it unifies mobile and social conversations across key social networking platforms, including Facebook (News - Alert), Instagram, Twitter and YouTube to streamline brand interactions. The new AD LIFE feature allows companies to deliver a seamless brand experience across their social and mobile channels. Moreover, by using intelligent filtering, only relevant mobile and social content is introduced into the AD LIFE's conversation engine. As per the opinion of Hipcircket, this feature will help brands and agencies render only the content that advances business and marketing objectives, while filtering out irrelevant messaging.

Hipcricket recently was granted three new patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The new patents expand the protection of Hipcricket's advertising and marketing technology platform's unique capabilities to deliver personalized content as users browse mobile web pages.

The company recently implemented the streamlined engagement features for a large food brand that wanted to boost its brand visibility. The AD LIFE platform allowed the brand capture materially better engagement metrics and increase campaign ROI.
