Video Guidance's Cloud-Based Services are Now Supported by Acano Platform
Video Guidance, an independent, strategic visual communications company that customizes state-of-the-art products, services and solutions from the world’s finest manufacturers, has recently introduced new cloud-based services, which incorporate Acano’s technology. The new service offers Acano’s unique features and functions nationwide in Video Guidance’s VG Connect MeetingSpace offering.
The new VG Connect MeetingSpace offering brings incompatible audio, video and web technologies together, while enabling users to have face-to-face calls with anyone at any time. Users can join MeetingSpace using a phone, a tablet, a computer, a video system. Calls can be scheduled as per user’s choice.
The new cloud-based service is ideal for creating business-to-business and business-to-consumer opportunities. It can also be used by medical specialists to see patients, by financial managers to meet their clients, by educators to communicate with students and by enterprises that utilize Microsoft Lync.
“Because we are an independent provider, we are in the unique position of offering to our customers the industry’s latest and best leading-edge technology,” said Michael Werch, founder and president of Video Guidance, the first provider in the U.S. to launch the one-of-a-kind Acano technology as a cloud service nationally.
Both the companies are marketing the solution nationwide and are presently occupied with a number of customers in its initial evaluations and deployments.
”Video Guidance shares Acano’s vision for making collaboration about people, not technology,” said Larry Satterfield, Acano global vice president of sales. “Cloud-based VG Connect makes the mobility and simplicity of Acano collaboration available to a vast range of organizations.”
