Elo Touch Solutions Launch 'Elo @ The Office'

Elo Touch Solutions recently unveiled ‘Elo @ The Office’ offerings with an aim to improve communications, optimize teamwork and augment efficiency in the offices. The latest solution delivers cloud-based collaboration, digital whiteboard, building directory and virtual receptionist applications by integrating Elo's all-in-one touchcomputing hardware, available in different sizes from 42-inch to 70-inch, with vital software.

Elo @ The Office is developed on the principles of functioning via compatibility, which is also followed by Cisco WebEx, Citrix GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Skype, ReadyTalk and other cloud-based applications like QlikView and salesforce.com

The ease of a whiteboard and the power of a computer are offered by the Elo Digital Whiteboard Solution, comprising of a 70-inch touchscreen and Hitachi's StarBoard Software, eliminating the requirement for a projector or a laptop. Knowledge workers can use a stylus or their fingers to capture meeting notes and merge multi-media content for producing and administering powerful presentations.

Visitors to any building or campus can locate their destination rapidly and easily with the built-for-touch functionality delivered by Elo Directory Solution, which brings together a 55-inch touchscreen with JibeStream NovoTouch software. The solution’s interface is ideal for usage with directory listing templates and highly developed 3D maps.

Employees can converse with visitors in the lobby right from their desks via face-to-face video or audio-only conversations offered by Elo Virtual Receptionist Solution, which integrates a 42-inch touchscreen with WinTech LLC's ALICE receptionist software. A receptionist in a central location can administer numerous remote office lobbies with the solution’s perceptive, one-touch interface.
