CEO David Scult of Fonality said that it's a myth that a business phone system is beyond reach to smaller enterprises. Businesses should turn their eyes towards unified communications (UC). For small businesses, UC is a boon. It gives them the ability to gain a fighting chance against their bigger competitors, answering to inquiries from their customers in a timely and concise manner. Using this technology, businesses lower their costs significantly and see a boost in productivity.
