Fonality Tells Small Businesses to Take a Second Look at Telecommunications Services

It combines multiple forms of communication, such as video, voice, and data, through a single infrastructure so that any in-house computer can run its software.

For small businesses, UC is a boon. It gives them the ability to gain a fighting chance against their bigger competitors, answering to inquiries from their customers in a timely and concise manner. Using this technology, businesses lower their costs significantly and see a boost in productivity.

Scult continues: “Many business owners can't yet see their businesses as contact centers and that's unfortunate. The concept can be applied to any business that requires customer interaction and communication. When contacting a company, customers expect employees – no matter their role or title – to address issues quickly with all relevant information.”
