Vertical Communications Exclusive Wave IP Auto Bundle Hits the Market

Auto dealers looking for ways to increase sales, and improve customer service and CSI (News - Alert) scores, now have the option to switch to the newly released Wave IP Auto Bundle from Vertical Communications.


Available within Vertical’s Wave IP unified communications platform, the new Wave IP Auto Bundle promises to help auto dealers reduce operational and communications costs even further. This solution gives access to all unified communications, mobility, telephony and business productivity tools obtainable through the Wave IP platform single user license.

“After years of stagnant growth, the auto industry is in the midst of a record-breaking summer, with most major manufacturers reporting record sales,” said Peter Bailey, Vertical’s chief executive officer. “These rapidly changing dynamics are placing a tremendous burden on dealerships in a highly competitive marketplace where responsiveness, efficiency and premium customer service are crucial to sales success.”

Bailey said that they have been working closely with their customers to develop a package of applications and tools that meets their needs for increasing sales, improving the customer experience, closely managing their marketing and advertising spends, as well as increasing service and parts revenues.

Dealers can take advantage of features such as Service Appointment Reminder -this is a customizable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application that helps dealers to raise their revenue by creating an automated outbound appointment reminder call. The Vertical Wave IP also integrates with dealer CRM packages to increase efficiency by automatically routing calls and at the same time tracking and taking call data for valuable business intelligence.

Not just these, sales and staff can also add the full functionality of the Wave IP platform directly into their iOS and Android (News - Alert) smart phones and tablets, enabling them to stay connected with their customers and each other, even when they are travelling.
