Avaya Proclaims 2013 Recipients of DevConnect Partner Excellence Awards

Avaya, a provider of business collaboration and communication solutions, reportedly presented the 2013 DevConnect (News - Alert) Partner Excellence Awards to six of its DevConnect Technology partners in recognition of their innovation and excellence in business communication and collaboration solutions.

According to Avaya (News - Alert), the awards are based on individual award criteria as well as the following overall characteristics of excellence: commitment, leadership, innovation, team work and service. Award categories include Technology Partner of the Year, New Partner of the Year and Innovation Awards. DevConnect is the Avaya Developer and Partner program for ISVs, IHVs, systems integrators, service providers and Avaya customers.

Integrated Research’s (News - Alert) Prognosis real-time performance management and monitoring solution was awarded with the DevConnect Technology Partner of the Year award. The solution is capable of delivering end-to-end visibility of UC and contact center environments and aptly complements Avaya portfolio.

Global Interactive Solutions (GIS) won the DevConnect New Partner of the Year award for its GIS-Hosted Video as a Service (VaaS) powered by Avaya. The solution, which is based on the Avaya Scopia videoconferencing, can be acquired via the DevConnect Select Product program.

OAISYS’s (News - Alert) Talkument and Tracer call recording and contact center management solutions, Movitas’ hosted mobile solution, WEBTEXT’s SMS Gateway service and Xima Software’s Chronicall solution were all presented with DevConnect Innovation Awards.
