SimpleSignal Partners with Park Bench Solutions to Provide a Unified Communications Experience

Due to technology advancements happening in Cloud Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C), companies of all sizes are looking for unified communications options that can increase the productivity of their employees in the current fast-paced environment. Using SimpleSignal’s recently announced new integrated application, gUnify, Google Apps users can seamlessly use SimpleSignal’s hosted PBX from within Gmail. gUnify provides features like click-to-call, call history, presence and conference calling. “Due to high demand for gUnify, we found the ordering-to-provisioning process could sometimes take days or even weeks. Now that gUnify is powered by ODiN, customers have full control to select the gUnify application in the new portal on-demand, and self-integrate their entire organization into Google Apps in less than five minutes,” explained Gilbert.

Apart from on-demand access and integration into Google Apps, SimpleSignal customers can now enjoy an intuitive, fully responsive, HTML5 based internet portal that gives them uniform experience across any device, browser, or operating system. They will now have full access to create custom voice dashboards for their end user features. Also, users will be able to access historical call records across the entire enterprise with extensive call details & analytics for call center reporting.
