Fidelus Technologies Software Helps Organizations Work Smarter and Faster
UCC software solutions provider Fidelus Technologies is all set to share its complimentary software innovations with Cisco unified communications and collaboration (UCC) partners.
With this free license, the company believes that its business partners can now see how efficient its solutions actually are before they make a decision to buy them.
"We are excited to share our software innovations with the UCC Business Partner Community," Matt Kalmenson, vice president of sales and marketing, said in a statement.
Fidelus Software Solutions includes Fidelus Console Operator, Provisioning Manager Express and Global Directory which integrates well with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and is also compatible with Cisco's Business Edition 6000.
Launched in August 2012, Fidelus Provisioning Manager Express simplifies the task of adding, modifying, and deleting users from the Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment. Users can standardize device management through use of templates, saving thousands of resource hours per year for an average enterprise class user while also significantly decreasing margin for error.
Fidelus Console Operator was launched earlier in 2011 as a desktop application that helps end-users to handle large volumes of calls and transfer them into the appropriate user. The enhanced version of Fidelus Console Operator includes customizable directory fields, ability to import directory using a spreadsheet and more. The solution requires no back-end server and streamlines the answering and routing of calls.
Global Directory allows customers to customize directories and search employee names by entering a single key press for a letter, as opposed to the multi-press approach used in most directory search forms. Clients are dissatisfied with the standard directory search features of Cisco IP phones can make use of a streamlined search via Fidelus Global Directory.
Additionally, Fidelus Remote Phone Control allows IT administrators’ remote access to troubleshoot and control Cisco IP phones without physical access to the device.
"Using our software will give partners an appreciation of how our powerful, easy-to-use solutions streamline UCC environments and help organizations work smarter and faster," Kalmenson added.
