Whaleback Managed Services’ CrystalBlue Partner Program is expanding rapidly with several new partners. Thirteen new partners from North America have been added to the program, who will provide Whaleback’s CrystalBlue Unified Communications services to SMBs looking for a way to improve their communications services at lower costs.
The CrystalBlue Partner Program provides packages and channel programs specially designed to meet the needs of its partners, which include enterprise cloud and voice MSPs, telecom and datacom VARs, IT service firms, telecom carriers, and much more.
So it’s not limited in the least.
With Whaleback’s CrystalBlue Cloud-based Managed UC Service, customers can access an enterprise-wide communications system without installing or managing an on-premises PBX (News - Alert). All it takes is access to the Internet, mobile network or telecommunications network, and users can access high-quality communications that integrate business-class telephony features, network services, messaging, collaboration, and more from a cloud-based system.
"Small businesses are continuing to adopt unified communications services to lower their internal communications costs and provide their employees with greater flexibility and more mobility opportunities," said Chris Daly, CEO at Whaleback Managed Services. "Our partners can now provide what SMBs need at the core of their business – a common set of communications capabilities that securely integrates voice, conferencing, messaging and social tools that can be immediately leveraged for increased productivity and eventually enable new business innovation."
Gaining new partners is always a plus for Whaleback, as it means more customers, particularly of the “satisfied” variety, and a wider reach for its services. Of course, the partners themselves are gaining access to a wide range of features and a high-quality communications system, so they seem to be quite pleased with this as well.
Small and mid-sized businesses have just as great a need for powerful communications as any larger ones, but they tend to be more constrained when it comes to budgets. Fortunately, Whaleback’s CrystalBlue UC service comes from the cloud, making it affordable, scalable, and easy to use.
