Ipanema Technologies Launches Partnership with Polycom over Operational Network Performance

Ipanema (News - Alert) Technologies recently partnered with Polycom to help companies gain valuable insight and control of business critical applications over their networks. Ipanema is also offering a Polycom (News - Alert)-ready unified communications and collaboration (UCC) network performance and optimization solution.

The Polycom-ready network performance and optimization solution from Ipanema should be able to help a company’s IT service desk understand the effects of UCC data streams and easily establish simple metrics, comprehensive KPIs and easy-to-understand quality scores. IT departments can also leverage the solution to allot more priority to real-time data inside UCC-like voice and make sure critical applications are functioning within the SLA at any time.
