Sogeti High Tech Selects 3DEXPERIENCE Platform from Dassault Systemes

Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform has been selected by Sogeti High Tech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Capgemini (News - Alert) group. This will allow Sogeti High Tech to provide enhanced industry solution experiences and improve project performance efficiency.

Dassault Systèmes is enabling businesses, research, education and communities at large to connect to invent the consumer experiences of tomorrow with its 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and Industry Solution Experiences.

Dassault Systèmes inspires innovators in all domains and all around the world to turn their dreams into reality, and it was ranked in Forbes 2012 survey as one of the world’s Most Innovative Companies.

This agreement allows the company to enhance its innovation features by modifying the way it offers value to its users. With the help of this platform, Sogeti High Tech has allowed various enterprise-spanning engineering disciplines to communicate in real-time with transparent and visually intuitive simulation data.

Recently, the company announced that Visteon Corporation, an automotive global supplier, has selected the 3DEXPERIENCE platform's 3DSwYm social application on the cloud to its recently introduced e-Bee vehicle concept.

The use of 3DSwYm's social, cloud-based community environment assisted Visteon to rapidly create innovative new concepts for this demonstration vehicle in its product areas of climate, interior and electronics.

In the development process, Visteon achieved numerous efficiency gains.
