ScanSource Communications Wins Distributor of the Year Title from ShoreTel

ScanSource (News - Alert) announced that it has been honored with “US Distributor of the Year” title by ShoreTel (News - Alert), provider of unified communications (UC) platforms.

ShoreTel gives away this award to companies who demonstrate high-quality channel enablement, business growth, and the quality of value-added support and services. ScanSource officials collected this award at the recent ShoreTel’s Champion Partner Conference in Orlando, FL.

Speaking on this occasion, Buck Baker, president of ScanSource Communications (News - Alert), said that they are honored to receive this recognition from ShoreTel, as they share a similar commitment to helping their reseller partners grow and strengthen their UC business.

 “I would like to thank our team for their outstanding support in delivering the tools and services our reseller partners need to be successful, including sales and technical support, financial services, custom configuration, marketing support, education and training, and customer service,” Buck Baker added.

The company has two geographic distribution segments: one serving North America from the Southaven, Mississippi distribution center, and an international segment serving Latin America (including Mexico and Brazil) through its distribution centers located in Miami, Florida; Mexico City, Mexico; Curitiba, Brazil; Recife, Brazil; and Sao Paulo, Brazil and Europe from distribution centers located in Liege, Belgium and Cologne, Germany.
