Arkadin Wins 2012 Frost & Sullivan Growth Excellence Award in Asia Pacific Hosted Conferencing Services Market

September 26, 2012

Arkadin, a global collaboration service provider, won the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Growth Excellence Award in the Asia Pacific Hosted Conferencing Services Market.

Frost & Sullivan bestows the Growth Excellence Awards each year to companies predicted to encourage significant growth in their industries, and have identified emerging trends before they became the standard in the marketplace.

These honorees have created advanced technologies that will catalyze and transform industries in the near future. Arkadin reportedly won the award for the third consecutive year.

“Arkadin once again demonstrated their strong growth initiatives by developing suitable go-to-market strategies in 2011,” said Jessie Yu, senior industry analyst of ICT Practice at Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific. “Current partnerships with local telecom operators have helped the company increase customer penetration into home-country organizations, recording a continual estimated robust growth of over 47 percent across the region in 2011, with phenomenal success in Singapore, Japan, China, India and South Korea.”

Arkadin exclaimed that it offers audio, Web, video conferencing, unified communications and event solutions and its intuitive user friendly technology ensures users’ focus is on the meetings and not on technology. Apart from offering reservation-less remote collaboration and fully-integrated mobile applications, the company also offers user training, around-the-clock customer service, reporting and professional services.

Arkadin is proud to be the collaboration service provider with the largest number of offices in Asia Pacific, as close as possible to customers. The company owed its growth to its 8000 enterprise customers, its 250 employees and its strategic partners in Asia Pacific.

Recently, Arkadin was awarded the 2011 TMC Communications Solutions Product of the year award and Arkadin and Adobe entered into a global reseller distribution agreement.
