Cleversafe Chooses IOCOM for its Conferencing, Collaboration Needs

Cleversafe Inc., a supplier of cloud-based big data storage solutions, plans to use IOCOM's collaboration solutions to provide its employees a communication platform to collaborate among themselves more efficiently.

Both IOCOM’s and Cleversafe are Chicago-based technology providers of innovative cloud solutions.

Cleversafe sought a reliable solution to connect its geographically distributed employees. The company’s product engineers, project managers, sales engineers and executives needed to communicate with a more collaborative presence without incurring additional expense and disruptions caused by travel.

One of the critical requirements was to have an easy to use, enterprise-class solution that offered high quality audio/video connectivity, as well as a way to share data independently without requiring a moderator.

Cleversafe's familiarity with the value of cloud-based solutions served as a key factor in their decision to invest in a secure, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solution. Cleversafe employees are now leveraging four new conference rooms in three locations, as well as multiple desktop users for full and inclusive visual collaboration.

Before switching to the Visimeet solution, Cleversafe was utilizing other Web-based solutions that did not address their need for solution that can extend full video collaboration to conference rooms without a significant hardware investment.

With Visimeet, all users can operate on the same platform, from their respective locations such as conference rooms, desks, car or even on a mobile device.
