Teo's Unified Communications Products Combine Power and Ease of Use at Every Level

Teo has been in the communications industry for almost 40 years and has worked closely with both corporations and government agencies. Hence, it's no surprise to see that the company boasts an impressive range of products and solutions covering IP phones, E911 and unified communications.


Teo's line of unified communications products — UC Pro Server, Softphone, UC Mobile Client and Voice Operator Panel — in particular have a lot to offer organizations and enterprises of any size.

For example, the UC Pro Server is a standalone unified communications solution which allows employees to have one phone for everything as well as a single IP extension wherever they go, making landlines and VPNs unnecessary. The UC Mobile Client, on the other hand, provides a more mobile approach to unified communications, offering employees one number for everything and a single extension wherever they are — all from a mobile device. This solution also offers unified presence management, company directory presence lookup, immediate conference bridge setup and unified multi-party messaging. UC Mobile Client is available for the iPhone, as well as for Android (News - Alert) and Blackberry devices.

Additionally, the Teo Softphone allows employees to communicate the way they prefer, whenever and wherever they want. The softphone offers voice, video, IM or email integrated seamlessly with an existing contact management system, whether it be Exchange or Outlook or even a corporate or local directory.

Lastly, Teo's Voice Operator Panel is a professional softphone meant specifically for operators and receptionists. While a standard softphone can handle calls to and from a single user, the Voice Operator Panel allows a single user to manage a number of inbound calls to any number of recipients. It can be used in conjunction with Outlook contacts, LDAP directories, XMPP, MSN and CRM applications.

Teo's range of unified communications products are a good example of how the company has learned how to change the game in order to stay on top in the industry.
