The service reduces up-front fees normally incurred for new phone systems. It also delivers built-in resiliency for disaster recovery.
Additionally, Bluestar Indigo is an SIP Trunking offer that allows Ernest to tie into an existing premise-based PBX (News - Alert) system while allowing clients to utilize hosted VoIP in all separate locations.
On the other hand, the basic business license pack Bluestar Oxford delivers features such as authentication, call waiting, and three-way calling. It offers fully hosted VoIP and works for clients with business lines requiring basic functionality.
In addition to these offerings, the company powers add-ons including auto attendant, voicemail, telephony toolbar, call center services and more. The package also includes Bluestar Unified Communications (News - Alert) Microsoft add-ons such as Hosted Voice-Enabled Exchange with Mail Archiving, Hosted OCS, including LiveMeeting and Hosted SharePoint.
