Applied Global Technologies (AGT), the leading managed services and Unified Communications (News - Alert) technology provider for interactive and mobile video conferencing solutions, recently announced in a press release that it has signed a partnership agreement with Cartel Communications Systems, Canada's leading provider of industrial wireless communications solutions.
According to the terms of the partnership, AGT will integrate its ENCORE UC Video platform and FATHOM HD with Cartel’s communications solutions to ensure a high level of interoperability between tablets, smartphones, laptops, and high definition video conferencing systems.
"Following recent partnership agreements that strengthen our presence in Europe and Asia, our agreement with Cartel extends our global presence further with the ability to deliver mobile video technologies in Canada," stated Bob Wood, executive vice president of global sales and marketing at AGT. "Finding an experienced and respected partner is critical for us to have success in a strong, diverse Canadian marketplace."
AGT’s ENCORE connects desktop, tablet and smartphone video users to built-in conference room video systems, seamlessly adjusting for different speeds, networks and transmission protocols without sacrificing the security. On other hand, FATHOM leads the industry in IP video testing and network management tools, greatly simplifies your ability to test, monitors and troubleshoots your video conferencing system and infrastructure.
"Our clients expect the best from us, including products and services that are capable of meeting the rigors of the most demanding professional applications. Seldom, in well over twenty years in this business have I seen a product line that delivers a technology so completely. What I see behind Applied Global Technologies' (News - Alert) offering is an organization that “Gets it,” explained Dave Sanche, president and CEO of Cartel Communication Systems. "We are excited to be a partner of AGT and we are committed to bridging their success with that of our clients in the Canadian market."
