Tpad (News - Alert), a global provider of managed VoIP solutions, has just launched its SIP Dialer technology for call centers which is backed by Tpad’s SIP technology.
The new SIP dialer technology is designed in line with the company’s strategy to maximize the potential of its SIP technology by using it to create a complete communications solution that is designed specifically for call centers.
In addition to keeping communications costs under control, the new SIP dialer is expected to significantly empower the call center industry, according to company officials. This solution joins the company’s comprehensive range of communications solutions which include IP-PBX (News - Alert) and VoIP solutions.
“It is important for the concerned to know that SIP Trunks do not only manage voice, but it can handle anything that can be converted to data, such as video, chat or instant messaging, e-mail, concurrent call sessions in the same line, video or audio conferencing, toll free number capability, contact center management, and overall continuity of the business," said Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan, in a statement.
Based on Tpad’s SIP technology, the new SIP Dialer provides call centers with a complete telecommunications solution that delivers high speed connectivity and overall management control, while significantly reducing connectivity costs. Tpad’s predictive SIP dialer system can be easily consolidated with existing call center infrastructure, thus eliminating the need for additional investment.
The predictive dialer system from the VoIP solutions provider is a cost-effective communications alternative for call centers. Since the system is backed by SIP trunking, all communications data including voice, video, and instant messages can be transmitted via the Internet or using a VoIP network. The service drastically reduces long distance communications charges.
The company hopes the new solution will open new doors in the call center industry, which also happens to be at the forefront of the globalization trend nowadays."With the increased globalization of businesses worldwide and the trying economy, this technology will be widespread this year,” Mohsan concluded.
