Hosted unified communications provider Broadvox (News - Alert) has just licensed TurboBridge’s high definition audio conferencing system. This will allow the company’s range of customers to leverage innovative conference calling features, as well as maintain a much higher level of audio quality.
TurboBridge’s solution enables Broadvox to enhance the conference calling functionality it powers and utilize capabilities such as a live online conference dashboard, flexible passcode administration, reservationless conferences and additional host controls, a press release stated.
"By plugging in TurboBridge, we've expanded our audio conferencing capabilities for our enterprise customers,” said Frank Grillo (News - Alert), executive vice president of Applications, Implementation and Support at Broadvox in a statement. “TurboBridge offers a cost-effective, off-the-shelf system that we could rapidly integrate into our product portfolio, helping our customers to better connect, communicate and collaborate.”
Currently utilized by approximately 300 telecommunication carriers, ASPs, ISPS and more than 10,000 businesses, Broadvox Network Operations Centers is an always on facility that offers a high degree of reliability, security and quality of service.
