Polycom Delivers UC Video Solutions to Chinese Hospital

Beijing Ditan Hospital is now using Polycom's (News - Alert) comprehensive UC video solutions, including the Polycom RealPresence Platform. The Chinese hospital will build an extensive telemedicine network on the Polycom platform to help prevent spread of infectious diseases.

Beijing Ditan Hospital, an international infectious disease prevention and treatment hospital, has used this platform to save invaluable treatment time, and enable effective use of critical resources.

An extensive telemedicine network from Polycom facilitates remote treatment and help practitioners to report patient updates back to the command center to identify any potential new and harmful diseases.

The hospital is also using the Polycom solution to streamline specialist care, and contribute to higher public safety levels by reducing the risk of spreading disease and ensuring the wellbeing of the patients.
