Acronis, Vertical Communications Team to Offer Disaster Recovery Solution for Wave IP

Vertical Communications (News - Alert), Inc has inked new partnership agreement with Acronis, a provider of easy-to-use disaster recovery and data protection solutions for physical, virtual and cloud environments, to offer an easy-to-use business continuity solution that protects the Vertical Wave IP(R) business communications system.

This disaster recovery solution promises to deliver quick solutions when disaster strikes. With the usage of the new solution, Wave users can quickly restore their system, allowing communications to be up and running again, reducing disruptions to service.

Wave Live Image backed by Acronis offers features like easy-to-use utility that schedules regular snapshots of a Wave IP system, providing administrators with a fast, effective restoration process.

In addition, the Live Image snapshots can automatically compress and minimize storage requirements that can be stored on a secondary drive on the Wave IP, on a network file server, or at an offsite location for ultimate peace of mind.
