Unified Communication and Collaboration Solutions provider Fidelus Technologies has re-launched the Fidelus Console Operator which it claims as an easy-to-use replacement to Cisco (News - Alert) Attendant Console.
Founded in 2002, Fidelus Technologies is a provider of Unified Communications & Collaboration Solutions. The company collaborated with Cisco Systems (News - Alert) Inc. (Cisco), for the advancement of the Cisco Unified Communications solution set.
Fidelus Console Operator is brought in to the market as a desktop application that helps the end-users to handle large volumes of calls and transfer them into the appropriate user. The enhanced version of Fidelus Console Operator includes customizable directory fields, ability to import directory using a spreadsheet and more.
The application also gives receptionists the ability to see real-time availability for all users in the directory. It is a cost effective replacement to Cisco Attendant Console which is no longer supported following the release of Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert) Manager version 8.
“This new release incorporates feedback from many of our existing clients and reseller partners,” commented Vlad Hrabrov, VP Software Engineering “We believe this version to be a high-quality replacement to many of the core features found in Cisco Attendant Console.”
Founded in 2002, Fidelus Technologies offers customers a broad suite of products and services which include Technology Adoption and Migration Consulting services, the planning, development and optimization of projects and support services for Unified Communications services, among other such services. Fidelus's portfolio of Unified Communications solutions has been designed to enhance client communication processes and to improve business productivity.
The company was recently in news for winning the status of “Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence” by Cisco Systems, Inc., global leader in networking, communication and collaboration solutions.
It is also an industry expert in Microsoft's (News - Alert) Office Communications Server / Microsoft Office Communicator and on the collaboration platform developed by IBM. This has provided the company with an expert and comprehensive understanding of each of these solutions and how these solutions can be incorporated into Cisco's Unified Communications Solutions.
