PanTerra Networks Launches Social Media Integration
Allowing WorldSmart users to increase their effectiveness through single point communication for more than just voice, email, and chat, PanTerra Networks has announced seamless integration between its award-winning WorldSmart Cloud-UC solution, Microsoft Outlook and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
With PanTerra's WorldSmart cloud synchronization, access to contacts on various social media pages are also a click away. Contacts on most social media pages are seamlessly connected with the already simple and effective user interface enjoyed by WorldSmart users, whether it's Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. When merging it with WorldSmart's cloud-UC backend, WorldSmart users who enjoy using Outlook as their client interface will appreciate the ease of use and recognizable interface.
Arthur Chang, CEO of PanTerra Networks noted, "Many people form relationships through multiple social networking sites, so the ability to integrate and synchronize contact information in the cloud through our portals is invaluable." Users of PanTerra's cloud-based unified communications platform need to never again waste time searching for a contact number when using WorldSmart's cloud synchronization features. An important difference with WorldSmart is that it dynamically 'synchronizes' all contact information into the cloud bi-directionally.”
WorldSmart still boasts the services and features clients have come to expect from PanTerra Networks, even with the integration of Outlook and social media. This includes unparalleled reliability, secure login, contact pop-ups on inbound calls and the easy-to-manage graphic portal for administration tasks. Along with the convenience of WorldSmart Cloud-UC technology, this update to PanTerra's WorldSmart combines all of the features of Outlook.
In July 2010, the company announced that it has introduced a free UC service, TryUC, a Business to Customer Communications (B2C) cloud-based service that provides businesses of WorldSmart a competitive advantage. TryUC is a free version of the company’s WorldSmart Unified Communication service. It can be used to augment sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
