Fidelus Technologies Earns "Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence" Status from Cisco Systems

Fidelus Technologies, provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, has been given the status of “Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence” by Cisco Systems, Inc., global leader in networking, communication and collaboration solutions.

Based on the results of a survey carried out by Cisco, the status of Customer Satisfaction Excellence is only extended to a partner within the "Cisco Channel Partner Program”. On achieving the status, the participating partner company is conferred with a star on the Cisco.com partner page to relay information about the status to current and potential clients.
