AltiGen and Outsourcery Provide MaxACD for Microsoft Lync

A new business partnership has been announced between AltiGen Communications and Outsourcery. AltiGen's MaxACD for Lync will now be offered by Outsourcery in conjunction with its Unified Lync Solution. AltiGen is the top provider of integrated Microsoft-based Unified Communications while Outsourcery is the current top cloud service provider in the UK.

With one of the broadest cloud product offerings for businesses in the world, Outsourcery’s offerings cover hosted software applications, virtualized infrastructure and unified communications solutions. Professional services offered by the company help customers to customize and integrate solutions.

Outsourcery was named as the top ranking UK ‘Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year’ at the 2011 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Awards. Microsoft had also named Outsourcery as their global 'Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year' for 2010. The company was also named the 'Dynamics Hosting Partner of the Year' for 2010. Outsourcery's strong market position has therefore been demonstrated.

Significant momentum in the UK is being gained by AltiGen Communications. Feature rich call center solutions are being provided by AltiGen through its MaxACD for Lync Server. Skills-based routing and multi-level Auto Attendant are some of the features of MaxACD. Apart from a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, the solution also features call recording along with monitoring and reporting.
