Teo Services is Now Exclusive Reseller and Systems Integrator for Teo UC

Teo, (formerly Tone Commander Systems) a telecommunications company that deals in telephone and network solutions, asserted that Teo Services, a provider of nationwide installation, training and support for Teo Unified Communications and E911 systems, will be the exclusive reseller and systems integrator for Teo UC, the company’s next-generation unified communications platform.

Teo Services claimed that it realizes that a change in technology will need to fit into a company’s corporate strategy. Its team of highly skilled professionals is uniquely qualified to assess each network no matter the size or scope and recommend the best solution to meet customers’ communications and financial needs.

Unlike other technology solution resellers, Teo Services is stated to be tightly and directly integrated with Teo, enabling the company to provide better and faster customer service than other organizations that are forced to work through complex channel protocols.

Officials with Teo Services asserted that their staff eat, sleep and breathe Teo products, enabling them to offer a level of expertise above and beyond what customers might find from other resellers. They are dedicated to providing best-in-class hardware and software, as well as maintaining high levels of knowledge and experience in order to provide outstanding solutions to customers.

Teo UC offers a pretty full assortment of unified communications capabilities, using a Linux-based server to integrate e-mail, voicemail, voice-conferencing, desk phones, mobile phones, soft phones, IM, fax, and call recording. Teo claimed that the UC solution builds upon the company’s E911 capabilities and at the same time is capable of helping users realize a high level of sophistication to the presence function.

Teo explained that Teo UC is a truly unique product in the unified communications marketplace and part of its value comes from the level of service and support offered through Teo Services. Teo’s philosophy is that it should be just as easy to obtain service and support for one’s Teo products as it is to use the products themselves.
