The recently launched FuzeDigital Fuze Suite 8.0 from Fuze Digital was reviewed by former Gartner (News
- Alert) analyst and founder of ThinkJar Esteban Kolsky, the company has announced.
FuzeDigital Fuze Suite 8.0 is a collaboration engine – a software that enables users, partners and employees to collaborate in a central location.
Allowing users to run in an on-demand SaaS (News - Alert) model or licensed on-premise installation, the Fuze Suite combines knowledge sharing, customer care and community technologies in a single application. While the modular Fuze Suite is built using a true SaaS architecture, FuzeDigitals’ current client base is primarily small to mid-sized businesses, which means they can leverage the cloud model to grow and scale to virtually any size.
“Were convinced that the reputation engine is critical to the success of any organizations content so much so that we applied for a patent on our unique approach which allows stakeholders to earn contribution points commensurate with the perceived value other stakeholders assign to the content they create,” stated CEO Chuck Van Court. “Contribution points not only motivate participation but identify and leverage specific subject matter expertise.”
With robust functions for collaboration, reputation, rules and integration, Fuze Suite 8.0 meets Kolskys four criteria for a complete social business solution. Being able to manage reputation for all members of the community across multiple categories is the aim of virtually all reputation engines. But according to Gartner, this is the only one engine that can also assign reputation to the content itself, and track it down to each of the comments that may follow any content created.
Recently, the company unveiled the new Fuze Social online community tools in the latest release of its social business software – the Fuze Suite 8.0. Designed to offer improved collaboration of content, the company says the new tools can be deployed to enhance customer care, operations, business development and profitability. Fuze Social 8.0 offers integrated modules that infuse the community into self-service and assisted service components.
