Thinking Phone (News - Alert) Networks, an enterprise cloud communications service provider, announced that it joined the Juniper Networks Partner program.
The association will enable Thinking Phone Networks to deliver cloud-based unified communications services including voice, video, and mobility to enterprises to improve collaboration and efficiency.
“Enterprise customers are demanding a new and more efficient way to communicate,” said Frank Vitagliano, senior vice president of America’s Partners, Juniper Networks (News - Alert), in a statement.
“A reliable network is critical as a paradigm shift is currently underway in the world of enterprise communications. Unified cloud communications solutions are offering customers a more flexible and cost effective way to communicate globally,” Vitagliano added.
Joining Juniper networking infrastructure with ThinkingSuite unified communications services enables companies to leverage communications capabilities without the capital needed to refresh their systems and infrastructure.
The platform is expected to offer a dynamic network with significantly lower upfront capital and ongoing service costs. A cloud-based unified communications solution is expected to lower capital costs by 65 percent and operational expenses by 30 percent compared to a legacy premises-based deployment.
“We are excited to partner with Juniper Networks to bring the best possible communications and collaboration experiences to our enterprise customers,” said Steve Kokinos, Thinking Phone Networks CEO.
“As organizations incorporate video conferencing and mobile communications into their day-to-day interactions and workflows, the quality of the underlying network has a significant impact on the entire experience,” Kokinos added. “Our strategy of delivering best-in-class unified communications applications is in perfect alignment with Juniper Networks’ Partner program.”
