Nimsoft Unveils Nimsoft Unified Manager

Combining infrastructure monitoring and ready-to-use ITIL-based service management capabilities in a single solution, Nimsoft has unveiled Nimsoft Unified Manager, a multi-tenant IT Management As-A-Service solution.


Nimsoft Unified Manager is the IT management solution for Modern IT. Consisting of comprehensive IT monitoring and service desk functionality, it couples the broadest set of technology coverage with bullet-proof service delivery processes.

To meet the needs of today's collaborative, fast-paced IT operations, Nimsoft Unified Manager provides intuitive, out-of-the-box logic and bi-directional integration between monitoring and service management.  It will be offered either on-demand (SaaS (News - Alert)) or on-premise. In December 2010, SunGard  selected the Nimsoft Monitoring System (NMS) as the underlying platform for its new cloud services offering, providing its clients high availability and rapid elasticity. NMS delivers the visibility needed to monitor and manage performance across various environments, making it the one solution that can address all of today’s monitoring needs, and those arising in the future, the company has stated.
