Vyopta Incorporated Announces Distribution Partnership with Visitec Marketing Associates

Vyopta Incorporated, a developer of software applications that integrate video communications into mission critical processes, announced a distribution agreement with Visitec Marketing Associates.

Visitec, a Specialty Cisco (News - Alert) distributor, represents a select group of manufacturers in the midwestern United States and specializes in audio and video presentation products and solutions. As part of the agreement, Visitec will supply Vyopta’s applications to Cisco TelePresence resellers in the United States and Canada.

The Vyopta’s vControl, vAnalytics and vAdapt applications can now be obtained from Visitec resellers.

Vyopta said its products help provide a flexible platform upon which to deliver video and unified communication solutions across a variety of industry verticals. Using a consultative approach, the company helps its clients design and plan for the deployment of video as a strategy to target business objectives and improve operations.

Using the solutions from Vyopta, companies will be able to expand the reach of their outbound communications; scale access to their expert knowledgebase and personnel; accelerate decision making internally and for customers; provide a better user experience to promote customer loyalty; and plan for business continuity and emergency situations.

Alfredo Ramirez, president and chief executive officer at Vyopta, said that Vyopta is executing its plan to establish a solid channel partner program to accelerate customer acquisition and sales. They are receiving a tremendous amount of interest for their applications and are excited to partner with Visitec, which has an excellent reputation with Cisco and its reseller community.

Recently, Vyopta announced its plans to launch a new software application, named Vyopta vControl, to help the users of TANDBERG MXP and C-series video conferencing systems in controlling video and voice calls and conferences. The application is compatible with the Apple (News - Alert) iPod touch and Apple iPhone.
