Inova Solutions Completes Cisco Interoperability Verification Testing

Inova Solutions, a global provider of real-time visual communication solutions, has recently become the member of Cisco Developer Network as a registered developer within the Unified Communications technology category. In addition, the company’s Inova LightLink version 5.7 has achieved interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express versions 4.x-8.x, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise versions 4.x-8.x.

Inova’s Inova LightLink, which passed Cisco’s interoperability testing, is extremely powerful call center software that works behind the scenes to connect user to the real-time call center data. It interfaces with the leading ACD systems and users’ own internal databases, collects and sorts the data, and prepares it for display on a variety of media.

LightLink also allows setting business conditions or thresholds that will trigger an action, such as a message, color change, or audio notification.

Also, the new membership from Cisco will allow Inova to offer 24 hour, 7 days a week customer support along with offerings such as LightLink 5.7, with which customers can more quickly deploy a broad range of Cisco Compatible business applications, devices, or services that can enhance the capabilities, performance, and management of their Cisco network. The Cisco Developer Network Program brings together Cisco along with third-party

developers of hardware and software. This collaboration is set to provide hardened and

tested interoperable capabilities—to both their customer bases.

Cisco ensures that the members of the program share its strong focus on customer service

and satisfaction. Members are also made to undertake interoperability testing, on the basis of criteria spelt out by Cisco. The program helps consumers to rapidly install a wide

range of Cisco Compatible business applications, appliances, or services that can improve

upon the capabilities, performance, and management of their deployed Cisco network.
