FuseSource to Address Value of Open Source Integration and Messaging at Key Industry Events

FuseSource are experts when it comes to open source integration and messaging. The company recently announced that representatives of the company are scheduled to speak at several prominent conferences for software developers and architects during the month of March.


Those attending will have an opportunity to learn best practices for implementing open source integration and messaging solutions. The presentations will also include Apache Camel and others, from Apache project committers.

In March, experts from FuseSource will speak at the following:

James Strachan, technical director and software fellow at FuseSource will be at QCon London 2011, March 9-11, 2011 in London. He will present “Take a Ride on Camel” on Wednesday, March 9 at 3:35 p.m. local time at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Center in London. Strachan, creator of the programming language Groovy and a founder of Apache Camel and ServiceMix will provide attendees with best practices for developing and deploying Apache Camel.

Claus Ibsen, software engineer and integration specialist at FuseSource will present at TheServerSide Java Symposium, March 16-18, 2011 in Las Vegas. Claus is the project lead for Apache Camel and co-author of “Camel in Action” will present “Apache Camel, the Integration Framework: Tales from the Leading Camel Experts” with Strachan on March 17 from 10-11 a.m. local time at Caesers Palace.  

Claus Ibsen will also present at the DevNexus 2011, March 21-22, 2011 in Atlanta: Claus will speak on  “What Riding the Apache Camel Can Do to Make Integration Easier for You” on Tuesday, March 22 from 10:45 a.m. to noon local time at the Cobb Galleria Center. During the presentation, Ibsen will provide attendees with an overview of the thinking that led to the creation of Camel, the out-of-the-box capabilities within it and existing tooling, such as Fuse IDE for Camel.   

Guillaume Nodet, software architect at FuseSource and a committer for several Apache Software Foundation projects will speak at EclipseCon 2011, March 21-24, 2011 in Santa Clara, Calif. Nodent will present and lead the Camel and Apache ServiceMix User Group on Tuesday, March 22, at 7:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Convention Center.
