Cisco Systems Award Recognizes ShoreGroup's CaseSentry and ShorePatrol Managed Service Solutions
At the annual Cisco channel partner conference held in New Orleans, ShoreGroup received the Cisco Partner Summit award for Outstanding Customer Solutions Partner of the Year. As the provider of premier converged network and systems management solutions, ShoreGroup was recognized for its CaseSentry and ShorePatrol managed service solutions.
To achieve the coveted Cisco’s annual partner award, a specific set of requirements needs to be met that help identify partner flagship solutions driving Cisco's key business theatres. Those Cisco channel partners who have demonstrated leading performance within each theatre undergo a formalized Cisco nomination and selection process and are recognized based on their offerings.

Also, in addition to ShoreGroup’s end-to-end service capabilities, Cisco has also recognized ShoreGroup’s compliance to Master level certification in both Unified Communications and global Managed Services with White Label Provider designation.
