March 07, 2011

At the annual Cisco (News - Alert) channel partner conference held in New Orleans, ShoreGroup received the Cisco Partner Summit award for Outstanding Customer Solutions Partner of the Year. As the provider of premier converged network and systems management solutions, ShoreGroup (News - Alert) was recognized for its CaseSentry and ShorePatrol managed service solutions.

To achieve the coveted Cisco’s annual partner award, a specific set of requirements needs to be met that help identify partner flagship solutions driving Cisco's key business theatres. Those Cisco channel partners who have demonstrated leading performance within each theatre undergo a formalized Cisco nomination and selection process and are recognized based on their offerings.

In a release, Robert Bojanek, executive vice president of ShoreGroup said, “We're elated to receive the prestigious Outstanding Customer Solutions Partner of the Year award, which is centered on the success we have achieved in delivering our CaseSentry monitoring and ShorePatrol Remote Management Services to our clients. Our managed services are specifically directed at maximizing the availability and performance of Cisco's unified communications and contact center application portfolio, which allows customers to realize the full potential and business advantage that these solutions can provide.”

Robert further added that with the significant increase to their domestic and international customer base and increasing focus on delivering high quality services, the company is experiencing a huge service renewal rate. Also, in addition to ShoreGroup’s end-to-end service capabilities, Cisco has also recognized ShoreGroup’s compliance to Master level certification in both Unified Communications (News - Alert) and global Managed Services with White Label Provider designation.

In a release, Jim Sherriff (News - Alert), senior vice president, U.S. and Canada Partner Organization at Cisco said, “Cisco works diligently with all of its channel partners, and it is an honor to announce ShoreGroup as a Cisco Partner Summit regional award recipient. The Outstanding Customer Solutions Partner of the Year award presented to ShoreGroup recognizes their performance and expertise as a Cisco channel partner in the Eastern region in 2010.”

By developing innovative management applications on its dynamic CaseSentry platform, ShoreGroup solutions enables IT, telecom and contact center support organizations to easily and effectively manage availability, performance, service levels and support processes for complex networked environments.
