Recently at Enterprise Connect (News - Alert), Nectar Services Corp. and Communication Resources, Inc. (CRI) announced that they have agreed to integrate Nectar's (News - Alert) Converged Management Platform (CMP) into CRI's market leading Application Center. This is an innovative and reliable unified communications solution that leverages virtualization and offering "Private Cloud" computing environments based on Avaya Unified Communications (News - Alert) applications.

In a release, Anthony Servidio, Chairman and CEO of Nectar said that, "CRI's approach to serving their enterprise clients by providing extremely reliable, fault-tolerant voice and data services to national and multinational businesses is truly exciting. They are a market leader in creativity, innovation and engineering, and have done the hard work necessary to take the burden of managing through the complexities of the transition to an all-IP environment out of the way so that enterprises never have to worry about whether their services work. We're thrilled to announce this new partnership and to go to market together with CMP embedded in CRI's solution."

Robert Gill, President and CEO of CRI said that, "We recognize the need for fault tolerance and seamless communication, and by adding Nectar's CMP capabilities into our environment, we further advance our ability to manage often complex, distributed networks on behalf of our enterprise customers. Our teams will integrate CMP's full suite of features, from real-time alarming to statistical reporting, bringing even more value to our current customers and our expanding marketplace as more enterprises move up to unified communications."

Some of the key features being added to the CRI Application Center include Business Process Impact Views and Dashboards, Voice Quality (QoS) SLA Monitoring and Reporting, Availability and Performance Monitoring, Multi-point monitoring, Advanced reporting and Centralized Inventory Service.

In a related story, Nectar Services Corp. announced at Enterprise Connect that it has extended support of its market leading Converged Management Platform (CMP) to include the Avaya (News - Alert) Aura Session Manager 6.0 monitoring module. Nectar is a software firm specializing in managed services technologies for voice and data networks, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology (News - Alert) Corp.
