CommuniGate Systems Announces Partnership with GO Telecom

CommuniGate Systems, a developer of carrier-grade unified communications software, announced a new partnership with GO Telecom (Ethihad Atheeb), the first cloud telecom operator in the Middle East.

The partnership will deliver telecommunications service GO Terhal powered by CommuniGate Systems (News - Alert) Pronto! and CommuniGate Pro technology to the Saudi telecom market. GO Terhal subscribers can access their files, and make free and low-cost phone calls in super-clear HD Voice from any Web-enabled compute using the Pronto! UC app.

Pronto! is the only zero-install unified communications desktop client that works on any desktop or laptop computer. The app is now available with modular interfaces, a Skype (News - Alert)-like Communicator mode and new HD Voice enabled versions for the desktop Adobe AIR environment that delivers a much improved experience with greater flexibility and customization.

CommuniGate Pro is a compact and powerful UC server designed for high performance at low cost. It has a complete feature set in a single carrier-grade server designed for ultimate reliability in single domain or massive multi-tenant environments.

The technology from CommuniGate is supposed to enable GO Terhal subscribers to stay connected anywhere, from any device via one number.
