McGraw Communications, PanTerra Networks Take Cloud-Based Unified Communications to Market

The relationship will bring the latest innovations in cloud-based communication services to McGraw Communications' product umbrella and allow WorldSmart to be sold through all of McGraw Communications' channels.

PanTerra's WorldSmart all-in-one cloud-based unified communication service maximizes a business's responsiveness, driving sales, productivity and customer satisfaction and includes unlimited business voice, unified messaging, fax, instant messaging (IM), email, file transfer, mobile text messaging and presence. Additionally,, the service includes group communications and collaboration services such as desk sharing, remote desktop access, web conferencing, IM conferencing and audio conferencing.

WorldSmart also includes web collaboration for online meetings, desktop sharing and remote desktop access with a single administration and user interface. WorldSmart tightly integrates with other business SaaS applications like Salesforce.com creating additional value. PanTerra's cloud-based services ensure future proof communications with infinite scaling, lifetime support, and included updates for subscribers.
