McGraw to Bring PanTerra's Cloud-Based UC Service Offering to Market

PanTerra Networks, a provider of cloud-based unified communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, has signed an agreement with McGraw Communications, a local exchange carrier and provider of voice, data and Internet services.

The agreement entails McGraw Communications to offer a private branded version of WorldSmart, PanTerra’s cloud-based unified communications service offering.

According to PanTerra sources, this relationship will bring new cloud-based communication services to McGraw Communications’ product suite and will allow WorldSmart to be sold through all of McGraw Communications’ channels.

PanTerra’s WorldSmart all-in-one cloud-based unified communication service helps optimize a business’ responsiveness, which will in turn increase sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.

The service includes unlimited business voice, unified messaging, fax, instant messaging (IM), e-mail, file transfer, mobile text messaging and presence. It also encompasses group communications and collaboration services like desk sharing, remote desktop access, Web conferencing, IM conferencing and audio conferencing.

In a release, PanTerra’s executive vice president of Sales and Marketing, Anthony Gioeli, said, “Through our interactions with McGraw over the past couple of months, we have been impressed with their relentless focus of providing quality solutions that enable their clients to be more competitive and responsive.”

“WorldSmart enables McGraw to offer all the benefits of cloud-based unified communications with the reliability and innovative feature set expected from their customers. We are excited to open this new channel with McGraw for the delivery of PanTerra services,” Gioeli added.

McGraw Communications provides voice, data and IP communications technologies and solutions to business enterprises both small and large. McGraw serves as a single point of contact for the technologies and solutions that power their critical communications infrastructure.

PanTerra Networks provides cloud-based unified communications Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for small and medium sized enterprises. PanTerra’s WorldSmart seamlessly integrates voice, fax, chat, and email with presence, for a variety of business environments including call centers, multisite, remote employees, high-touch operations, and fast-growing companies.

It also offers Web collaboration for online meetings, desktop sharing and remote desktop access with a single administration and user interface. It also integrates with other business SaaS applications like Salesforce.com. PanTerra’s cloud-based services optimize communications with infinite scaling, lifetime support and include updates for subscribers.
