eZuce's OpenUC Software to Drive Karel's Advanced Unified Communication Solutions

Under an OEM agreement with Karel Electronics, eZuce’s will license its openUC software so as to help Karel build an integrated unified communications solution for worldwide enterprise markets. As per the agreement terms, Karel will own exclusive rights to license eZuce’s openUC software to drive its upcoming unified communications (UC) solution and will have exclusive reseller rights to launch openUC in the Turkish market.

Karel’s UC solution will be marketed under their own brand name such as branded PBXs, phones, servers, and media gateways.

Launched by SIPfoundary, eZuce is the first provider of open source based unified communications that delivers a fully functional and interoperable enterprise communications solution. In order to provide enhanced user experience, the unique solution with its integrated voice, video, instant messaging, presence, conferencing, collaboration, unified messaging, and mobility capabilities is implemented in native SIP.
