ZyEdge LLC Achieves Silver Certification from Cisco
ZyEdge LLC has met requirements for attaining a broad range of expertise as a Cisco Silver Certified Partner. ZyEdge LLC was required to achieve either two from the following four Cisco advanced specializations to achieve Cisco Silver Certification; Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN, or the Cisco Express Unified Communications Specialization.
The company provides managed network services on the East Coast and provides value to hundreds of businesses through affordable, high-quality IT and network services. The company offers various IT services and solutions that are specifically tailored to meet the needs and budgets of growing companies and organizations.
“ZyEdge is tremendously excited to be recognized as having deep expertise in IT services for Cisco’s most important product categories, including Data Center Solutions and Unified Communications,” said Ben Gerenstein, president and CEO of ZyEdge LLC, in a press release. “We value our Cisco partnership as they are a strategic component to our core competencies in Managed Network Services and Borderless Networks.”
ZyEdge was also required to achieve one of the following advanced specializations: Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN to achieve the certification. Also, the company was also required to combine Cisco Lifecycle Services with their offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys. Cisco resale partner certifications include Gold, Silver, Premier and Select, and they indicate various levels of skills.
In May 2010, the company announced it was named by the 2010 Virginia Chamber of Commerce Fantastic Fifty, the most prestigious award for the fastest growing companies in Virginia. The winning companies were recognized at the 15th annual awards banquet held at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Va. on April 29th, 2010. The company stated that this award was evidence of their commitment, technical expertise and experience in providing managed network services.
