The 2010 Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) Latin America Competitive Strategy Leadership Award in the video conferencing market has been awarded to RADVISION Ltd., the industry’s premium provider of market-proven products and technologies for unified visual communications over IP, 3G and IMS networks.
RADVISION's solutions were already experiencing high growth rates, when the company incorporated HD video conferencing endpoints to its product portfolio. Its new portfolio of HD room systems, desktop video conferencing, management software and multi-party communication platforms were a perfect fit for the Latin American market.
Additionally, over the last several years, RADVISION has successfully positioned itself in the largest Latin American markets through a mixture of technology investments and communication programs.
“RADVISION has a strong portfolio of clients that trust its capabilities to deliver state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment,” said Juan Gonzalez, Frost & Sullivan research manager for Latin America.
Gonzalez further added that RADVISION’s ongoing development of deeper relationships with its customers had impacted well, and this had been achieved not only with a geographical footprint, but also by a profound understanding of the business challenges each customer is facing
Boaz Raviv, CEO for RADVISION, attributed the success in Latin America to successful channel relationships, its ability to cater to the needs of the market, and its ability to deliver high value with the right mix of marketing communication activities.
