The new solutions within this series are available immediately.

New Saba solutions include Saba Centra for iPhone (News - Alert); Saba Centra Web Access; and Saba Anywhere. With these new solutions, today's global workforce can easily work together on an iPhone or in any Web browser, both online and offline and across the extended enterprise of employees, partners and customers.

With an iPhone, users can share presentations and interact with colleagues and classroom trainers from their smartphone. Executives now have the ability to attend meetings from an airport, a hotel lobby or while at a customer site.

Saba Centra Web Access: mobile workers now have easy and cost effective access to Web conferences and virtual training from any browser, anywhere. Users can take advantage of a fast download and built-in VoIP or phone access to participate in a Saba Centra Web session through an easy-to-use interface from a Windows, Mac or Linux PC.

This seamless interface to Saba Learning for automated results tracking and flexible content consumption includes rich, multimedia content.

"Saba continues to evolve and innovate to deliver the best solutions to meet the demands of an increasingly mobile and distributed workforce," said Jim Lundy, vice president and general manager, Saba Collaboration Solutions, in a statement.

Saba announced last fall the extension of its mobile capabilities to make online learning more attractive to its users. With the new Saba application, users can quickly join into Saba Centra online conferences and virtual training events from any location. Users can also view any content that is being shared. To zoom into the details or expand out to see the full screen, they can also use the iPhone's pinch and expand feature.

Last month, Saba announced financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended February 28, 2010. 'Our focus on innovations that unleash the full potential of people as mission critical assets continued to earn strong market validation this quarter,' said Bobby Yazdani, Chairman and CEO of Saba.
