Antenna Software Achieves SAP NetWeaver Certification Status

Antenna Software, a privately held mobile enterprise solutions provider in North America, has reportedly earned “Powered by SAP (News - Alert) NetWeaver” certification status from SAP AG and its Antenna Mobility Platform, or “AMP,” 4.0 has achieved SAP-certified integration with the SAP ERP application via enterprise services.

 
The SAP Integration and Certification Center, or “SAP ICC,” has awarded this certification to Concert 5.6.1 for its capability to run on the Java EE 5-based SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 component-based server of the SAP NetWeaver technology platform to govern the development of applications that exchange critical data with instances of SAP Business Suite software.
 
The SAP ICC has also certified AMP Enterprise Connect, or “EC,” 4.0 for its integration with SAP ERP via enterprise services.
 
“Through the certified integration with SAP NetWeaver and SAP ERP via enterprise services, we are removing the complexity of enterprise mobility and delivering the technology that allows businesses to leverage manageable, flexible and secure mobile solutions,” said Dan Zeck, chief technology officer, Antenna.
 
The company’s integrated with SAP applications enable them to deliver critical solutions to customers who demand real-time mobile access to their enterprise applications, which is a vital competitive advantage in today's market, Zeck added.
 
Antenna offers flexible platform for enterprise customers and third-party developers to build mobility solutions that extend SAP applications and other enterprise back-office and legacy systems out to mobile workers.
 
Antenna Software helps customers and partners to develop mobile applications for a wide variety of mobile devices such as BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, iPhone and Android (News - Alert) -- combining information from multiple back-end systems and tailored so mobile workers receive only the tools and data necessary to do their jobs.
 
Company recently announced that IDG’s InfoWorld selected ADP Dealer Services’ implementation of Antenna’s enterprise mobility platform as one of the top 100 IT projects of 2009 in its InfoWorld 100 Awards.
