According to an important announcement in a recent press release, Visage Mobile declared today that its MobilityCentral solution has been named the Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) 2010 North American Managed Mobility Solutions Customer Value Enhancement Award winner. This honorable award testifies Visage Mobile’s demonstrated excellence in implementing strategies that proactively create value for its customers with a focus on improving return on investment (ROI), simplifying training and implementation, and ensuring usability based on customer feedback.
“With Visage Mobile’s focus on world-class customer service and cutting edge mobile management technology, we are very proud to receive the Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Enhancement award,” said Tim Weingarten, CEO of Visage Mobile, in a press release. “The award is a strong validation of the efforts we take on a daily basis to make sure our customers get the most value from our solution.”
A Frost & Sullivan’s North American Best Practices Research report released in October 2010 suggested that Visage Mobile has gained immense domain expertise in the area of managed mobility. The company entered the market at the right time and was clearly benefitted by enterprises that had just begun to adopt mobility. This gave Visage Mobile an edge in understanding some of the challenges that were being faced by IT organizations.
Nowadays, the companies are looking for end-to-end solutions, versus the expensive and technologically complex point solution approach. The unique MobilityCentral SaaS (News - Alert) model, in contrast to the traditional telecomm expense management (TEM) solution, helps these enterprises in setting up with hosted software and minimal intervention at the enterprise, simply requiring nothing more than a browser and an Internet connection.
“As enterprises continue to adopt mobility at an impressive rate, the need for efficient mobility management solutions becomes mandatory,” stated Samir Sakpal, senior analyst for Frost & Sullivan, in a press release. “The mobile environment in the enterprise is dynamic and becoming increasingly complex with diverse OS environments, varied carrier relationships, heterogeneous user profiles, etc.”
“This proves to be an acute challenge for the IT organization to manage effectively. Visage Mobile’s MobilityCentral successfully addresses these challenges for enterprises, with a professional mobility management approach. Their focus on empowering IT, while keeping a close focus on people and budgets helps them develop a seamless and fluid solution that delivers beyond expectations and makes mobility an effective and productive tool for organizations,” Sakpal added.
