Greater access to important contacts is possible with tech-smart solutions from Facebook (News - Alert), Twitter, Plaxo or LinkedIn. While various problems are solved with such technology, numerous other problems can also crop up. Accessing contacts using such technology is a daunting task due to the wide spread of information. The contact information is usually spread out across phones, PDAs, numerous networking websites, and desktop software programs.
Toffa International has come out with a solution to simplify this task. The power of networking is harnessed by its new, cloud-based solution, AddressBookONE. All the scattered contact and networking data is combined into one simple clean interface by this solution. Toffa International is the top company providing synchronization solutions.
In a release, Chris Jukes, CEO, Toffa said, "Demand from pre-registered users has been very strong and shows people are eager to get their hands on AddressBookONE. We are now ready to launch what we believe could completely change how business professionals and even families access contacts. It's a contact portal that brings together the people in your day-to-day life, all in one place."
Information is pulled from multiple sources by AddressBookONE. Some of these sources are Gmail, Exchange, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, GroupWise and Plaxo. The data from each resource is overlaid by the solution. A comprehensive view of each contacts data is then provided. In a typical example, for a particular contact the email address might be obtained from Gmail and the phone number from a mobile phone. AddressBookONE would also have obtained a postal address from Plaxo, an organization from LinkedIn and a photo from Facebook for the same contact.
Consumers upgraded to a premium account can also synchronize their mobile phone to AddressBookONE. Premium account users can therefore manage phone contacts along with other contacts. A full backup and restore is also offered by the solution.
In a release, Jukes added, "The buzz about AddressBookONE is that it's intelligent, yet not intimidating. Users can configure personal preferences and menu options, and we offer smart context-sensitive menus as well. With AddressBookONE, you receive an experience that's user-friendly and relevant, too."
