PointBridge has announced that it aligned its communication and collaboration services to work with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Release 2 (R2).
As a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner, PointBridge took this initiative in a bid to offer its customers continued migration, planning and design - for full voice integration.
The company’s service now allows its customers, who are using Office Communications Server 2007, to connect to the right people at the right time with the right information.
The latest Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Release 2 (R2) incorporates an update to its previous version and delivers all new functionality that will improve business communications through a unified infrastructure and user experience. It also offers on-premise audio conferencing to help reduce operational costs as well as introduces new developer advances.
"The release of Office Communications Server 2007 R2 gives PointBridge the ability to take its existing communication services and expertise and bring our clients the next generation in collaboration technologies," said Matt McGillen, solutions architect, PointBridge.

PointBridge was recently honored as finalist of 2008 Microsoft Citizenship Partner of the Year. It was also recognized as the 2007 Microsoft U.S. Central Region Partner of the Year.
