Netelligent IP Voice and Video Co. Earns Cisco Gold Cert
A St. Louis-based company that deals in application development and network integration today announced that it received a special industry designation for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.
Netelligent (News - Alert) Corporation’s earning “Gold Certification” from Cisco marks a major step forward, according to company’s president, Aaron Stone.
“Our vision from the beginning was to create an organization built upon a strong methodology, phenomenal people and a commitment to do the right thing for each customer, in each project,” Stone said. “These basic tenants have been the backbone of our success and the key to our continued growth and success.”
Acording to its Web site, Netelligent helps businesses design, implement and maintain next-generation networks in the areas of wireless and IP
voice and video.
As a Cisco (News - Alert) “Gold Certified Partner,” company officials say, Netelligent has shown that it’s met the requirements for attaining expertise across multiple technologies by achieving the four following Cisco advanced specializations: Unified Communications (News - Alert), Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN
.
Also, they say, Netelligent integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and is required to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Cisco Gold Certification provides Netelligent access to comprehensive sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support available from Cisco.
According to Edison Peres, vice president and chief go-to-market officer for worldwide channels at Cisco, Cisco provides the tools that help companies make friends and money.
“With specializations in Unified Communications, Routing
and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN, Netelligent has made an investment in developing the capability to deliver the integrated and customized technology solutions today’s customers demand,” Peres said.
Cisco officials say their so-called “Resale Channel Program” provides partners with training to build sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle Services skills, and then validates their skills through a third-party audit. Cisco resale partner certifications – Gold, Silver, Premier and Select – represent skills across technologies and a partner’s ability to deliver integrated networking solutions, company officials say.
