Two live training sessions will be conducted by Autotask. The winners of Autotask’s first annual Autotask Rock Star Awards will also be honored during the SMB Nation Fall in Las Vegas. Top hosted IT Business Management platform in the world has been developed by Autotask Corporation.

Face-to-face user "Jam Sessions" have been conducted across the U.S. and globally as a part of the Autotask CommunITy Rocks Outreach Program. Rich online content is made accessible to Autotask customers. They can also conduct live chats with like-minded solution providers. Free online Cloud and Managed Services best practice training sessions can also be selected by these customers.

In a press release, Mark Crall, executive director of Community Development at Autotask, said, "We launched this program as a way to bring top contributors and leaders from our Autotask Community face-to-face with new and prospective Autotask customers who can experience almost an immediate acceleration of their IT business success from these proven best practices and Autotask Academy training."

Len DiCostanzo is the dean of Autotask Academy and senior VP of Autotask Corporation. Fall SMB nation attendees can attend two training sessions by DiCostanzo for free. The two sessions are titled, ‘The Cloud Revisited... Redefining Product and Services Automation’; and ‘The Pricing Methodologies for Your Hybrid IT Services Portfolio’. A pass for the party can be received by visitors to the Autotask booth. They will also get a chance to win a new Fender guitar.

Recognition for their personal contributions to over 30,000 members of the Autotask CommunITy will be given to Autotask customers, consultants and other influential Autotask community members during the event.

In a statement, Bob Godgart, CEO of Autotask, said, "Autotask's CommunITy is unlike any other peer group or partner community in this industry. Not only do our customers push us to be better and more innovative, they seek each other out and work together to build thriving and successful IT businesses that are on the cutting edge of this industry."
