The Multinational Business Partner certification recognizes NextiraOne’s performance in skills development and its communications expertise, for both local and multinational customers.

NextiraOne has also achieved Genesys (News - Alert) Dual-Gold Certification for Contact Centre solutions. Genesys is an Alcatel-Lucent company.
